[Fixed] Element hiding helper doesn't work with ABP 2.0.1

I updated adblock and element hider stopped working, I press crtl+shift+f and it brings up APB filter options window. It doesn't show up in the menu either. If I install old ABP it works fine.

Firefox 8.0.1 (Waterfox x64 build)

1. "Select element to hide" should be available when clicking the red Adblock Plus "ABP" icon (in your toolbar or addon bar).

2. As far as keyboard shortcuts go, you could try to set a custom one, see forum/viewtopic.php?t=8456

3. I can confirm EHH doesn't show up in the "Tools" menu, maybe Wladimir will fix that.
