Adblock Plus for Google TV

Does anyone know if the Adblock Plus extension works in the Chrome browser for Google TV? i see that adblock plus is supposed to work on chrome on any platform. I've been trying to install it and I just can't seem to figure it out.

I'm not sure that it is actually Chrome running there - these TVs work with Android so it might be the regular Android browser (which doesn't support extensions). Anyway, what happens if you go to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... cddilifddb and try to install?

I am looking for adblock on the Chrome browser on Google TV too. But it does not work on Google TV. I am using Logictech Revue. When I tried to add that to the Chrome browser on Google TV, it kept saying "Checking" and never came out of that mode. Kinda hanged in there forever.

I tried the same thing twice today and eventually the extension files turned up in the 'Downloads' app, but I was unable to do anything with them once they were there.

Look for some other (inferior) system for ad-blocking, probably some Android app.
