mark items in the "blockable items" list if they are blocked by their link
counterpart.
Or even more universal: Handle items and their corresponding link as
pairs, and light-red the respective counterpart if one of both is filtered.
If sorted in a non-default way, the page content and its corresponding link
can end up completely separated in the "blockable items" list, what can lead
to quite some confusion about why a non-red item can't be seen in the
webpage.
Just happened to me, and I went through some WTF before I got it
