Right Click Block Image (removal)?

I've recently reinstalled windows, firefox, and abp and I'm now seeing this feature at the top of my right click (everywhere and on everything; links, images, etc). I was wondering if there is some way to disable this or move it somewhere else (not sure but could of sworn it used to be on the bottom). I want to be able to right click and just have open new tab at the top.

I'll try that out, however is there any work around in ABP or firefox to disable it without having to install additional software/themes/extensions?

you don't need any other addon, see:

(it's for "block frame", do the same for "block image")

removing both:
