No "Block element" menu item

Hi,
i have the "Show 'Block Element' right-click menu item" checked under ABP options but the menu item does not appear. What could cause this?

ABP verion 1.11, Opera.

For some pages that voice could not appear, which is the page ?

It works for me.
Sometimes you see an image and on right click you get no "block element" voice. Why ? due to some overlay the webmaster added to mask the image.
You can click ABP icon, use "block element" voice.

Ok thanks, i did not realize it was a button in the ABP menu.

Although, i cannot figure out how to block the areas marked with a red circle: The block element does not work on those.
