Since SeaMonkey v2 is still in beta and won't be final for a few more months, I am still avoiding it until it goes final before I swap over to use it on my production usages. ABP v1.0.2 is the latest to use and some subscribed filters (Easy*) now requires v1.1 to work properly. Example: http://forums.lanik.us/viewtopic.php?f= ... 74&p=18616 ...
So far, Adblockrules.org and fanboy filters still work with old ABP versions. Are there any more English filter subscriptions to replace or add for older ABP versions for now?
Thank you in advance.

You shouldn't need more than one general subscription. If you really want to stick with seamonkey and don't want to use the BETA version (which has Wladimir's blessing ) I recommend that you stick with Fanboys lists. He is very active in these forums and will gladly address any issues you might have regarding his lists.

Thanks for the tip. Hopefully, SeaMonkey final will be done soon so I can move over and use the updated ABP versions.
Wladimir has said on many occasions that you should not use more than one general filter subscription it will slow down your browsing and increase your chances of false positives.
I can't comment of the effectiveness or quality of the adblock rules subscription but I can defiantly recommend Fanboy's subscriptions (especially for users of older versions of ABP). I have used his general subscription in the past and still use several of his supplemental subscriptions today.

Looking at en/subscriptions it seems there are only 3 general English subscriptions on the verified / recommended list.
