Adblockplus not working on www.saugstube.6x.to

when searching for anything and displaying the results there pops up a layer over the results saying "deactivate adblock-plus on this site to be able to close this layer permanently"

I won't disable adblockplus and neither want I to see the layer. has anyone a solution for this?

Nothing appears here and I have only .to/res/|$script in my list but I added it back.
