Easylist+Easyprivacy

How do you subscribe to the one combined Easylist+Easyprivacy list without reinstalling? Even if you subscribe to Easyprivacy and have the checkmark to also add Easylist, they're added as two separate lists.

Ah I didn't see it because it's only listed down with EasyPrivacy. It should be listed up with EasyList too.
