Please, can you tell us why don't you present us with the page like Chromium-based browsers where we can add Easyprivacy and Annoyance lists? I'd really like these two lists.

Truly thank you for your fast answer, but I wish I knew/understood how to do it -but anyway.

In short, is there a chance for to be implemented in the near future or unless IE do some fundamental changes firstly ( in order to be doable )?

One last fast question to not bother you anymore. Please tell me, do I create a filters backup in firefox with the known, easy way and then copy this file to the ABP folder for IE?

you have to copy patterns.ini (yep, it's ok that obtained by backup) in the profile's folder not in the program's folder

Woohoo! It's working! I didn't undersntand that I had to put it in profile's folder and rename it as "patterns".

Now if in Windows 10 we get a proper addon system along with a proper ABP like firefox, I'm back to IE for good! Only ABP and Mouse Gestures I use, nothing else. On Firefox I also use the Popup blocking addon because only with ABP I still see for a split second the sneaky windows still open (w/o the popup blocking addon ).
