If anybody is installing1.2 for I.E. 11 and you get an error saying "an error occurred while attempting to create the directory C:\Users\YourName\Appdata"
I got this message even running the installer as an Administrator. This is what I did to fix it: go to that address and right click the appdata folder. Go to Properties and then Security and change SYSTEM from deny to allow.
