cancel block?

Post by Sera »

Hi,

I don't know how to phrase this: I use to listen to webradio SWR 1 (http://www.swr.de/swr1/bw). The popup by tiscali-business.com is on my whitelist. This morning after I started the webradio a popup by adblock plus asked me something about filters. I misunderstood and apparently did something to stop the radio to work. The window still opens and tells me its loaded alright, but I don't hear anything anymore although tiscali is still on my whitelist. I can't seem to find a way to undo my mistake.

What can I do?

I don't exactly know what's the problem, but you should try another stream setting.

To do so, first clear the cookie of "swr.de" (as it remembers your last setting).

The next time you click on "Webradio hören", there should be a window asking you what plugin (media player) you want to use. Leave everything as it is and click on "Player starten".

If this doesn't help, close the window and try it again, but this time check "WindowsMedia" instead of "RealAudio".

Maybe this helps.

Hi Ares,

thanks for trying to help. Unfortunately that was somthing I had already tried. But I found out what to do just now. Tiscali somehow got on the filterlist and the adblock window just showed an option for adding filters not for deleting. But there was a dropdown menu on top that had an option for clearing the filterlist. As tiscali was the only one on my list, that was a thing I could do. So the radio works again.
