chrome: Waiting for ABP

Some times I want to go to a website but Chrome gets a small grey line in the left bottom and it says that it's waiting for AdBlock Plus. This is slowing down my browser.

which subscriptions (filter lists) are enabled ?
what other extensions are enabled ?

do you see the delays on chrome starting, only for some sites ... ?

what chrome version ? do you see the delays only for the last chrome version ?
what ABP version ?
