EASYLIST: false positives
EASYLIST: false positives
On the site http://www.nbl.com.au/ The heading image http://www.nbl.com.au/_content/advertis ... -image.jpg is blocked (I think by the /adverti filter). I know I could use a white list for this particular image but I was hoping easylist could be modified to fix this. Thanks and keep up the great work...

Re: EASYLIST Filter Help
I suggest you add these two whitelisting filters.
I don't experience those as ads. They're links to other sites of interest. Don't know if Rick wants to add whitelisting for just that one site, but you can and should do it for yourself.
Code: Select all
@@http://www.nbl.com.au/_content/advertising/0*-image.gif
@@http://www.nbl.com.au/_content/advertising/0*-image.jpg
I still cannot get there. The site has been down here. You should only need one whitelist string .. not two.
Code: Select all
@@.nbl.com.au/_content/advertising/0*-image.

I can't see any ads either but that could change and if the whole site is whitelisted any new ads wouldn't be blocked. Wouldn't it be best just to use the code Rick suggested earlier ?
I'm only pushing for the whitelist code to be included in easylist because I have installed ABP and easylist on quite of few of my friends PC's, most of who are not very computer literate and it was brought to my attention that the site was "missing stuff".
