[WorksForMe] Open blockable items not working?

The shortcut for opening blockable items, which is CTRL+SHIFT+V, does not seem to be working on the latest Nightly builds.

When I manually open the blockable items using the toolbar located in my statusbar, I can still access that feature. Otherwise, it seems the shortcut functionality has been removed.

Was this intentional or is it a bug?

EDIT: After modifying the string "extensions.adblockplus.sidebar_key" in about:config, and changing the value to the shortcut of Shift + V, shortcuts seem to work. But when it is reset to the default value of Accel Shift V, it will not function.

Yes, Ctrl-Shift-V was taken in the nightlies, this shortcut key was used to open the Developer Toolbar (the shortcut key was occupied even if the toolbar wasn't enabled which is the default). Which is why our development builds now use Ctrl-Shift-U as an alternative shortcut key. The Developer Toolbar has been backed out now because of a performance regression but that's temporary - it will come back.
