Subscriptions dialog hidden

When AB+ is installed on FF2.0, using the "restart Firefox" option in the add-ons manager causes the windows from the restored session to pop up over top of the suscriptions dialog once FF has reopened. The dialog box is visible for less than one second before being obscured; a new user might well miss it entirely and close the session without ever having seen it.

I just tested it - this is in fact an issue. However, you need to have multiple Firefox windows open. Consequently, you will probably look at the other Firefox windows, even if it doesn't happen immediately.
