According to Wladimir there isn't really a good way. Apparently these aren't bots but real humans.

any forum can control a list of words

so, for example you can replace automatically all "kitchen" words with "clown"

or / and

you can block the IPs used by these no_brains guys

6 new movie spam messages. (search for "watch online"; 7 results, out of which 1 legitimate)

I was thinking

• If the post contains certain keywords, send it to the moderator queue instead of directly allowing it.
• If the post, signature or profile contains a certain URL, automatically ban the user.

I think the Anti-spam ACP mod might have this feature. If not, there's bound to be another mod that does.
