Upgrading problem

everytime adblock plus upgrades itself I lose all my previous filters. How can I save my own filters and restore them after updating?

Open Adblock Plus, filters, export filters

Exporting the filters works, but you should not have to do it. I have never lost my filters with an upgrade. Perhaps you need to do some troubleshooting.

what I did was to copy the patterns.ini file inside the adblockplus to another folder in my disc and the copy & aste in case of loosing them.

yeah, I know is primitive but it worked
