XBL Binding issues

Hi,

Had no problems with Firefox, till I installed Adblock. Now get an error message about XBL Binding. Firefox will not launch the first time. When I click it again it launches. Mozilla site says the problem is with Adblock which does not work with the new version of Firefox. Can you please update Adblock? It is the greatest software ever invented, and I would hate to do without it!

Adblock or Adblock Plus? Adblock Plus 0.7.1.2 works fine. If you're using Adblock, upgrade to Adblock Plus. It's spiffier anyway.

I am using Adblock Plus 0.7.1.2 and it causes this message to appear each time while starting up. Wladimir, please help out with a fix!

That's not exactly something I am responsible for... I am afraid nobody really knows why this error message appears. I guess creating a clean profile and reinstalling your extensions there is the best advice I can give you.

I deinstalled Adblock plus, and Firefox launches fine. I reinstalled it, and I get the same message. Now I am using Firefox without Adblock plus. It is a good browser, but the real reason to use it has just been lost.

Make a new profile and try with that:
