Click on the "ABP" icon, then on "Adblock Plus filter preferences...". Under the "Filter subscription" tab you see your filter subscription. Right-click it and choose "Update filters". Do the videos play after that?

Didn't see any issues here, was able to watch http://www.cbs.com/shows/big_brother/video/ cleanly.

Where do I find the ADP icon?

I know what the icon looks like. Where do I find it? How do I get to it? This is so embarrassing.

Maybe you have to show the Add-on Bar or the icon is in the "Custoize Toolbar" window.
