There are three main subscriptions for English language domains: EasyList, Fanboy's List, and Adversity. They all serve the same purpose, so only one of the three should be installed. EasyList and Fanboy's List cover all types of English websites by default; supplements for adult and P2P websites should be selected for Adversity if you intend to visit such domains. Furthermore, you should be aware that EasyList and Fanboy's List are recommendations in Adblock Plus and have therefore been more widely tested by other users.

Personally, I would not select to install Rickroll Blacklist as I have never encountered the prank and do not consider the subscription to be particularly beneficial preemptive protection; however, this is more a matter of personal choice.

It might be helpful if you would provide a list of all the names of the subscriptions that you have installed and intend to install rather than including the additional information about the filter lists, as we should then be able to identify any redundancies more easily.

Malware Domains and Malware Patrol are likely to be redundant when used together - I would recommend that you select one of the subscriptions. Personally, I would opt for the former, as the generation script was written by Wladimir, the Adblock Plus developer.

I don't know much about the degree to which Fanboy's Annoyances and Antisocial remove content, but would suggest that one probably makes the other redundant - hopefully Hubird or Fanboy will be able to clarify this.

Regardless, it is usually advisable to select as many subscriptions as possible from the same source. Assuming that Fanboy's Annoyances is more general than Antisocial, you should also select Fanboy's List, which makes EasyList redundant, and Fanboy's Tracking/Stats Blocking, which makes EasyPrivacy redundant.

If I were in your situation, I would be left with the following subscriptions:

To the best of my knowledge there is little point having both Antisocial and Fanboy's Annoyance. The Antisocial list is targeted only at social networking content. Fanboy's Annoyance list also aims to block social networking content but as the name suggests it also has rules for general annoyances.

Antisocial and Fanboy's Annoyance should both work fine with any main list (however the author would only test with matching subscriptions).

Before I recommended my lists to anyone I would ask them one thing...

Do you require support for languages other than English ?

If the answer is yes then Adversity is not the best choice.
