MoneyTec Pop Under Pop Up Whatever Can't stop it

When I click on a link I'm getting a MoneyTec Pop Under Pop Up and I've tried blocking it every way I can think of but nothing has worked so far. I'm using EasyList, Fanboy and I added ChinaList as I Googled and saw MoneyTec mentioned with that list but that didn't help.
