Suggestion: False positive detection help

wp, i don't know if this has been brought up before..

i used to use (and still do use for some embedded IE stuff) an old old ad blocker called webwasher, i'm sure you're familiar with it.

there is an option in it to replace a blocked image with one's own (and obviously collapse to the new image's size). i had been using a 1px by 1px red dot to indicate something blocked. just in case..

thoughts on such an option in ABP? is it already possible?

Actually, I found a way to replace the ads by own images only a few days ago. This might be the solution to allow unblocking without reloading. But I'll have to do further testing on whether it really works as it should.
