Show only the biggest image or single DIV

Hello!
I'm new to this forum so I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.

Background (no need to read):
I'm a regular user of imagebam.com since it is often used by my fellow users on many forums in order to host their pictures they wish to show.
If there is a movie for download for example, then they usually post some screen shots to show the quality or such.
I really love Adblock Plus + Element hiding helper + NoScript (ABP+EHH+NS), those addons has really helped me get my browser to download less crap and use my broadband connection more efficiently.
With ABP+EHH+NS i can get much faster load times for my favorite sites so I'm very thankful to all of you guys that have made an effort to make these awesome addons available to the general public and me.
Through the use of these addons I have become obsessed with the thought of being able to show as little ads as possible, since it is most likely possible when using these addons correctly.

My issue:

I would like to be able to show only the biggest image of the page and skip everything else.
Something like: Choose a DIV you want to see and everything else "magically" disappears.
Or: Just a setting telling Firefox that, if I'm at Imagebam.com it will only show the biggest picture at the specific page I am at.
Is that possible with an adblock script or do I need to go for some other addon?

Any suggestions is welcome.
Nothing is too stupid.
Even if you feel new to Adblock Plus, and might have an idea, I'd love to hear it. Even if it doesn't work in my case.
