Help with bottom bars

Okay, you all know of the toolbar bars that have been popping up at the bottom of pages everywhere.

I can use the element helper, but it takes 5-10 steps before I get rid of all of the pieces - per bar.


How do you analyze the page source code in order to figure out what single line to add as a filter?

Via pressing the keys N and W while selecting an element.

I don't understand. Holding down n+w while clicking an element does nothing. And if I do it while using the element helper, it just kind of gets confused (since n = narrower, and w = wider).

How, exactly, does this work?
