Blocking on a certain page only?

I need to block every image (with the * filter) but I only want it to block on a certain page (URL: http://www.mysite.com/items.php?id=*)

Been trying a few different things, please help!

That does it on a certain WEBSITE. But what if I only want it on one page of that website.
