What does this list do? I couldn't follow the description. Two lines of clarification will help.

Disable "Rickroll Blacklist" filterlist.

That list blocks all known
Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up” -videos.

If you like that video and wanna see it, then don't use that filterlist.
