How to block a flash window like that one from theplanet.com

The Dedicated Servers web site shows a flash window which is very annoying (you have to click on the X in order to close it, otherwise keeps always on top since this windows scrolls along you page down or page up).

Any idea on how to make Adblock Plus to hide it or block it automatically?
