Opens every time

[Frustrated]

Since yesterday this site opens every time we open the internet.

Resultantly my wife has to re-register with all the web sites she subscribes to each time.

Is there an answer or else how do I remove this software.

We are aware that some users are having an issue with MS Edge first run page opening in a new tab upon relaunch with the message that filters have been removed. 
We're working on a fix for this issue, In the meantime…..
