Fullscreen overlay launching ads still showing on some sites

As the sites themselves are "illegal" (third-party video streaming site), as are the sites that clicking the ads opens, I think it's against the rules of this forum to share them. As such, I will do so only upon request.

Adblock Version: 4.0.0.1
Chrome Version: 125.0.6422.78
Platform: Windows 11
Architecture: x64
Filter Lists: Every list that comes with ABP, including the ones that are disabled by default, with no third-party additions.
Other Extensions: Google office suite apps that come with chrome, nothing more.

More about my issue;
When using said sites, they will create a full-screen transparent overlay that is a link. On-click for the overlay will remove or hide the element and launch a popup. Sometimes ABP will catch the popup, sometimes it won't, but either way the overlay is obviously highly intrusive, even without the popup being launched.

Update:
There are two separate overlays being applied now instead of one. There is one over the entire page, which is showing up on every page, and one over the player, which is showing up when in playback pages. They show after having the pages open for so long (I'm unsure if it's a set amount of time or a random amount of time.), and it's becoming more frequent that ABP is not blocking the ads that are launched by it.

Scanned with housecall and windows defender, both returned no infections.

As previously stated, installed extensions are restricted to the stock browser extensions, along with ABP, nothing more.

Within these circumstances, ABP is expected to handle the matter, as that's the entire reason for it even existing, the fact that ABP isn't is the reason for the original post.

Browser keeps itself updated, as do most now, and is presently fully up to date.

The website it's mainly happening on is zoroxtv.to. Other similar sites as well, but.
The pages that the ad-clicks are launching include, but are not limited to; flixrave, and chaturbate.
As said, it generates a transparent (fully transparent, not partially) overlay of the entire page then, upon clicking, will launch a new page in a new tab.
Worth stating; It tends to change the URL of the active page in the address bar, launches the popup, then restores the URL.

I have zero doubt in my mind that the source of the problem is the site on which the issue is occurring but, as stated, it's something that I'd expect ABP to handle, as they are ads, and it is my ad blocker.
