[Done] Visual indication for elements with disabled filters

I have played around with this a bit and it doesn't seem to work all the time with disabled whitelists.

Example:
Go to http://adblockplus.org/en/
Then block: http://adblockplus.org/images/75.png
Then whitelist: @@http://adblockplus.org/images/75.png
Then disable whitelist: @@http://adblockplus.org/images/75.png

Result: Disabled whitelist isn't present on the Blockable items list.

I was hoping we could have something like this:

That's a "known limitation" - there is only one item so only one filter can be shown. If an active filter is applied it is being shown. Only if no active filters are applied one of the disabled filters is shown (only one, even if there are many).
