Does This Only Work on Wifi?
I just installed Adblock Plus on my Android phone. I was instructed to change my wifi proxy settings after installing it, so I did that. Does this mean that Adblock Plus only works on a wifi network? It seemed to work well while I was at home but when I leave my wifi network, it no longer works. Is there any way to make this work while on my mobile network?

Adblock Plus primarily works within mobile browsers rather than apps. I know mobile Browsers Adblock Plus operates effectively on mobile browsers like Chrome or Firefox while connected to Wi-Fi. However, it does not block ads within apps due to limitations imposed by both iOS and Android.
