Can't disable context menu option

Uncheck the option to disable the context menu and it's has no effect. The option can be set in "Settings > Advanced".

This option should hide the Adblock Plus option from the context menu.

The linked screenshot shows the Adblock Plus settings page and the AdBlock context menu.

Adblock Plus and AdBlock are two different extension, so the Adblock Plus settings have no effect on AdBlock. You should be able to remove the AdBlock context menu via AdBlock's settings page though.

That being said, I'd recommend only using one ad blocking extension to make sure they don't interfere with each other.
