Using Ad-Block to Swap an Image for Another

I use a website and they have some really annoying icons on the forums

I'd like to use Ad-Block Plus to swap the images out for one of my own (either on my computer or hosted on a site)

Is there a way to use filters and do this?

No, as it is now Adblock Plus can only block images, not replace them.
