Blocking Some Video and Music Players in Latest Release

Please see the details found within this forum thread on Last.fm. Essentially, Adblock Plus (and Adblock, for that matter) are wrongfully blocking the music player on Last.fm, as well as a few video players, like the satirical news videos on The Onion. I had to uninstall to stop this from happening.

I'm not sure what subscription(s) are causing this problem, but Last FM's video and music player ... and Onion's video are working just fine with the EasyList subscriptions (I just tried them all just now).

All I can tell you is that it doesn't seem to be a problem with Adblock Plus ... it is rather a problem with the filters you are using.

Is this a Filterset.G problem?

The only block I found (other than the usual ad blocks) was http://cdn.last.fm/omniture/9/omniture-core.js

But the videos work just fine.

Either someone did something to screw it up themselves or this is propaganda.

This is probably the issue that will be fixed in Firefox 3.0.2.
