There is a method that allows you to find out which filters are active on the current page, and allows you to disable them.
Press ctrl+shift+V and you should get a menu like this:
http://adblockplus.org/en/tips?tip=effective_filter
If you find entries marked red, it means they have been blocked. You just have to guess your way through this, I'm not sure of what was blocked or not blocked that caused this, since I don't know what filters you have or what subscriptions you use.
I can recommend you to setup your list so it orders your list in a way where you can more easily find the red entries:

Just click the field I marked until you get the same triangle facing the same direction as in my picture.
To disable the filter:
Once you found a red entry, you can right click it and choose 'edit filter in effect', which pops up a menu like this:
http://adblockplus.org/en/tips?tip=subs ... ove_filter
with a row of green buttons.
When you get that popup, the filter should have automatically been focused on so all you need to do is to click the green button next to the filter and click apply.
