Block FLV Promo on Foxbusiness.com

First of all I've never been able to successfully get a customize filter to work. I don't know what I need to do to get them to work.

I'm trying to add a customize filter for the Foxbusiness.com/video/ site. I'm trying to block the following flash video ad, http://media2.foxnews.com/promos/030408 ... 1_B700.flv

I obviously don't know how to enable customize filters because I've added that link directly to both Adblock and Adblock Plus and I can't get this advertisement to go away. It plays before every stinking video.
