The banner was blocked for more than a year but 2 days ago it started to appear again. By appear I mean the empty space on top of yahoo mail body, but the image is still blocked. I tried using the block frame feature, I tried blocking the ID, it works for 1 day or less. After a while the top empty space comes back. Below are the screenshots of my problem and the original Inspect Page with Firefox. I need to block the top banner so it doesn't come back like it was before.
Steps I tried to disable the top banner:
1. Disabled Addblock Plus in order to see the code
2. Blocked IDs of FC and FCR , all together and one by one using block frame feature.
3. Tried blocking the frame by using the Element Hider.
4. After each attempt I enabled the Addblock and did full page refresh.
The blocked frame comes back after a period of time.
Please help.

After examining the page further with Addblock disabled, I found the SpritzAdz Div there as well. But my Addblock already have filter for that , but it is still appears.
