I recently received spam messages (PM's) from users.

I already reported them, contacting (or trying to) either Till or Wladimir Palant, but it seems the messages were never sent, because they are stuck in my "Outbox" ucp.php?i=pm&folder=outbox

Here they are:

I've only recently started receiving spam private messages of late, no other reason to be on here. I determined an ISP was spying on my data for cronyist reasons and was forced to connect via a VPN which is blocked on the forums here so in order to report abuse I have to disconnect from my VPN to post about abuse and then reconnect to my VPN to prevent further abuse.

I think it'd be great to require accounts to have a minimum of X number of forum posts to be able to send private messages. Also perhaps update the anti-spam measures.
