Every 2nd Click an ad bipasses ABP in Chrome: PC Keeper, etc

Every 2nd click I make when within my Chrome browser an ad window pops up. It's always one page very quickly, then to a PC Keeper advertisment page. Links are below. When a page or new tab is opened of your own choosing it seems to automatically have an invisible upon-release button action that's linked to the following ad links. One more ad I saw was for streaming movies on your PC. I cannot find that pop-up ad right now.
