How block full site with all content

How to block site with not been loaded, not opened by "onclick any site space" on new tab, not loaded by onsite redirect by reload (homepage by provider), not load any resourses?
Please give expression and example

ABP don't block completely the sites but the content on some of them (I mean blocking the ad content)
There are other addons which can block completely a site.

Anyway, if you have some real example provide the link, explain the issue, give your details (browser version, ABP version, filter lists enabled in ABP)

ABP, AdBlock, and uBlock do not block the main document (the URL in the address bar), but they can block any resources loaded from the address bar; ABP once did this and called it "strict blocking," and ulock O rigin does this now.

1.I have router with provider firmware. When on router control panel 192.168.*.* i press "connect" ( connect to internet), it redirect main page to "providersite .com". But i need this control panel without redirect.
I dont whant load provider website ( traffic and ect.) , but i need to have access to it when i realy input webstring and go to site. It must not redirect and not load content
2.When internet not connected and you run brouser with adblockplus.org it redirect to 192.168.*.* control panel router. How to stop also this redirect and not lost my adress adblockplus.org
Now i have this rule: $domain=providersite.com , but it not block all site content. How to stop redirect and block as most as could?

example: site http://rutor.org/ , when you press any free space and click - it open new tab and redirect to "vulkan .site" adv . I dont remmeber all sites that have this redirect with adblocker
