ABP add-on will not install on IE11

I'm using:
Internet Explorer 11
Win 10

The ABP add-on offered on the IE11 gallery (http://www.iegallery.com/Addons/Details/16161) will not install. The following error message comes up:

0x800b0101 - A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file.
