Crichd.tv detecting ABP and denying access to video stream

Have done a bit more testing and the above filter does seem to prevent ABP detection but...you still cannot see or access the full screen control. Can you please fix/amend so it's possible to use full screen, eg. http://www.crichd.tv/bt-sport-2-live-stream.php
