Sharing filter

I formatted my pc and lost my filters and settings, can anyone share their settings and filters or tips how to optimize it more. The reason is that on coachtuner and some other sites I am getting popup ads which are annoying.

The ones I have now are:

Adblock Warning Removal List
EasyList
Fanboy's Swedish Senast
Fanboy+Easylist-Merged Ultimate List

[fanboy]

Easylist isn't needed if you're using the Ultimate list.
