Blocking Social Media Buttons

I am trying to block social media buttons such a Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. from coming up on websites. Of course I'm using ABP with Easylist, Fanboy, and Antisocial.
I'm also using ABP Pop-Up and Ghostery, but I'm still getting them. Does anyone know if there is a way to stop this? I don't use any social media sites and this is driving me crazy.

then, give me an example site / page where you still see social buttons (even having the social list)

I have the same problem with social media buttons on digitallook.com. It's a badly designed site anyway but these buttons seem to be muliplying and are especially annoying on a 'serious' site used for work.

Any ideas to get rid of them would be great.
