Annoying Video Ad problem

there is an invisible ad blocking the play button on the videos i watch...
How do i get rid of it? its really annoying

Every video have an invisible ad blocking it for some reason i thought adblock plus would have remove it

Right now i can still watch the video because there is another play button and also when i fullscreen i can press the play button in the middle of the screen but its kinda weird that i can only press the big play button when i do fullscreen

you can see i have highlighted the ad thats blocking the playbutton if i didnt highlight the ad it would have been invisible

And here is a image without adblocker as you can see there should be a close ad button but now thats gone its impossible to close the invisible ad thats blocking the play button
