... is active on this random page:

... and I can view the logo, the search bar, and the "buy" "sell" buttons that you show are missing in your screenshot.
Unless this is just a problem on certain pages as you gave me no specific link to look at, this is not a *.ebayrtm.* or an ABP Tracking Filter problem.
I have a fresh install on Windows XP am using the latest firefox, ver 2.0.0.4 and AdBlock Plus 0.7.5.1 with only 3 filter subscriptions (and none of my own): Easylist + Easyelement, ABP Tracking Filter and JamiePlucinski.com. I Tried looking in the blockable items in ABP on the eBay site but that gave me no clues. I then disabled my 3 filter subscriptions 1 by 1 and found the ABP tracking filter to be causing the problem. After further investigation I was led to ebayrtm, which when disabled fixes the problem. From what I can tell the problem is only when loged in and on the "My eBaY" screen. The menus are still up the top but seem to be duplicated in part where they should not be, as seen in the following pic. http://www.geocities.com/hubird/4.png
tested under Firefox and Opera, seems to affect both. From the looks of it a possible a bug on ebay.com.au? But no biggy, its only repeating the top header of the page. My guess, ebay.com.au relies on the script at ebayrtm.com to halt the page loading, so it goes into a loop when it can't get access to it?
The bug doesn't seem affect ebay.com.
