After deleting an ad, the frames on the webpage became all screwed up. How do I restore this ad back to the webpage?

ABP doesn't delete ads, it only makes a filter for the ad which tells your browser to not download.
To unblock an ad, first go to the website with the ad. Then press ctrl+shift+B, then a list will popup.
In that list you try to locate lines of text marked red, once you find them you can right-click and then choose "Edit filter in effect."
This will open the ABP preference menu, and the filter you want to delete is also located and marked. Right-click the filter and choose delete. Make sure you click Apply or OK button.
Then reload your website, if the ad is still missing, repeat the process with ctrl+shift+B.
