Catogrize muliple site blocks?

Post by guest101 »

I block quite a few items via adblock not block by the easylist either by adblock or via element hider helper(is this going to be combined with adblock by the way?).

Is it possible to combine multiple blocks from one site into a collapsible filed for easy sorting/viewing?

Thanks for any and all help.

No.
Note that you don't need the EHH for Adblock Plus's element hiding capability,
it is just an assistant for the creation of filters.

Sorry, no again.

Feel free to suggest your additions for EasyList: http://www.richsterling.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=62

Thanks for the replies both, concerning the grouping of filters any chance of this happening in the future?

Thanks

Why would I do this? It clearly wouldn't make performance any better, and it would make finding a faulty filter more complicated.

It wouldn't give any speed performance but for individuals who either don't subscribe to a filter or do but have a ton of manually added entries, could group filters by site for easy sorting/viewing.

I understand what guest101 is saying. Sometimes, I wish I could organize the filters in other ways instead of just by type. What I do is maintain a bunch of different text files on some web space and subscribe to them.
What, me worry?

Stupid Head that is exactly what im hoping i could do with adblock plus but categorize the filters by site. Or indeed what ever a user chooses to group them by.

Well - are you aware that you can rearrange the filters in the list using Ctrl + <cursor key up or down>?

That makes it possible to at least visually group your filters by whatever criteria you want to.
