Adblock does not work on Mac Book Air

I instaled Adblock on my Mac Book Air, but it doesn't block any Ads.
ll this bidder, mackeeper, veneer Trash still opens.
What did i Wrong??

My Mac was purchased last week, no malware ever but the Adblock does not work on safari. I have a Window 7 laptop and adblock works fine with Google Chrome. pls help. Thanks
