Disable Adblock by default

Hi
Since many websites do have Ads I can live with, it would be nice to be able to set AdBlock to disable on every webpage except the ones I explicitly enable it, a sort of "inverted mode" so to speak.
After all, ads are the way of gaining money for most web services.
